SPACER
Rachel's interests lie in working with a combination of materials to explore ideas of movement, balance and texture. She is inspired by the moving figure, especially dancers.
Her sculptures are made using forged steel, wire and bone china clay. Firing these materials together creates an interesting surface texture and encapsulates elements of fragility.
